OUR THREE BED APARTMENT AT CONDADO DE ALHAMA GOLF RESORT, MURCIA, SPAIN.

The property is surrounded by a back drop of the spectacular Sierra Espuna mountains of the Alhama de Murcia region on the Costa Calida, South East Spain.

The pretty two storey white apartments are of traditional Mediterranean architecture set amongst lush gardens and tree lined avenues within a gated community with 24hr security. This well equipped ground floor three bedroom apartment will comfortably sleep 5/6 adults and is located on the Condado de Alhama Golf Resort.  Step out on to the large front terrace and have al fresco meals in the spanish sun then just take a few steps for a dip in one of the large communal swimming pools. The apartment is in an ideal location being just a short stroll to the Par 72 Golf Course.

The property is furnished to a very high standard throughout  including hot & cold air conditioning and has three separate bedrooms. The open plan lounge/dining room has a leather sofa bed, a fully equipped American style kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. The  property comes with Satellite TV and DVD player. The lounge has patio doors leading to a large private 30sq mts front terrace and garden area with a table, parasol and 6 chairs. There are 2 sunloungers available and a gas BBQ for you to enjoy.

The master bedroom has two single beds, that can be made into a double bed with patio doors leading to a large private rear 15sq mts terrace  which has a table, parasol and chairs.

The second bedroom has two single beds that can also be made into a double bed the third bedroom has one single bed.  All bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The bathroom is fully fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, bidet and wash hand basin.

SPORTS & OTHER RESORT FACILITIES

This apartment is in a great location situated within easy walking distance of  the numerous sporting facilities. These include tennis and squash courts, paddle tennis, basketball and football pitches. There are cycle paths with bicycles for hire, a choice of childrens play areas and numerous communal pools. The newly opened 18 hole par 72 Alhama Signature golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus is challenging with undulating fairways and five demanding lakes that all sit within 800,000 sq.m. of green parkland.

The ‘Al Kasar’ Moroccan styled shopping centre has a large water feature pool surrounded by palm and olive trees (pictured below). This is easily reached by a short stroll and has a large supermarket with internet access, a bar, restaurant and a Golf pro Shop.

The coastal town of Puerto de Mazarron is close by and offers lovely beaches, a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops and a marina. The surrounding area has a wide choice of golf courses to suit all handicaps.

For departures more than 6 weeks away, a 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking. The balance is payable around 4 weeks prior to your arrival

A security bond of 200€ is required for all bookings, and will be returned within 7 days of departure, subject to the property being left tidy and with no damages.

A Meet and Greet fee is payable to the local keyholder, which is 20 euros in normal working hours. Very late and Sunday arrivals will attract an extra charge.

All prices include laundry &  cleaning.

Welcome packs / Meet & Greet / Child’s travel cot / high chairs available upon request.
